Scope of updates
Your agreement defines the updates and support included in your plan. What counts as a minor edit, and what is quoted as new work, is set out in full before a plan starts — no request is reclassified after the fact.
Application Care.
The same arrangement for applications, dashboards, internal tools, and automation — where the thing being watched is a running system rather than a set of pages: monitoring, maintenance, recovery, and agreed changes.
Quoted with the system. What it takes to keep one running varies greatly with its users, integrations, data, and how often it changes, so there is no published monthly price.
Startup package and project pricing.
Your setup is quoted before work begins. Ongoing hosting and support are explained separately: published care plans for a website, and care for an application quoted with it.
- What moves the setup price
- The website you need, the depth of design, the functionality on it, the integrations behind it, and any supporting infrastructure. A brochure site and a site that takes bookings and payments are different pieces of work, and they are quoted as such.
- What is a separate cost
- Domain registration and renewals, storage usage, and third-party services are identified in the proposal — each one marked as included in the quote or paid by you directly, before anything is bought. The domain is registered in your name.
- What the monthly plans are not
- Care plans keep a finished website or system running. They do not include building it. A plan starts once there is something to look after.
Submit requests anytime.
Send a service request through your Client Portal at any time — evenings, weekends, whenever the thing occurs to you. It is answered within the response window included in your plan, which is measured in business hours or business days. That window is the first reply, not the finished work; anything larger comes back with a time before it starts.
How pricing works.
- The build is separate
- These are ongoing plans for a site or system that already exists. The project that builds it is quoted separately, against what that project turns out to need — pages, content, integrations and custom functionality all move the number, so it is agreed in writing before any work starts rather than estimated here.
- Per website
- Each independently hosted and managed website needs its own Website Care plan. Multiple domains pointing at the same website do not.
- Per system
- Application care is quoted per system: one independently deployed application, dashboard, internal tool, or standalone automation. A single application may include a database, authentication, payments, email and supporting automations without being quoted separately, and a connected chain of workflows serving one business process counts as one system.
- One account
- All of your websites and systems live under the same Vahzor Client Portal account, and each may be on a different plan.
