About Vahzor
Technology guided by clarity, purpose, and practical use.
Vahzor helps new and growing businesses build their digital foundation through practical consulting, custom websites, and applications that improve efficiency and support business growth.
That covers the whole arc rather than one moment in it: the first domain and the first website for a business that has neither, and later the applications, integrations and workflow changes that come once it is running and the work has grown past what it started with.
Vahzor exists because most organizations do not have a technology problem. They have a process that works badly, and no one whose job is to understand it before proposing a tool.
The name reflects a simple idea: intelligence is most valuable when it is directed toward constructive action. Vahzor approaches technology the same way — understand the problem, remove unnecessary complexity, and build something that serves a clear purpose.
Based in Stafford, Virginia. Serving Fredericksburg, Northern Virginia, and clients nationwide.
Who you’re working with.
Vahzor is one person, and that is the point. You talk to the person who designs the solution, writes it, deploys it, and answers for it afterwards. Nothing is relayed, re-briefed, or handed to whoever is free this week.
Pejman Nikouee has spent his career at the intersection of people, processes, and technology — translating complex requirements into working systems, implementation plans, documentation, training material, and repeatable operating procedures. The work has been in environments where a system going down is a real problem, which is a useful thing to have learned before building software for someone else.
For a business starting out, that background does specific work. Systems integration is the habit of asking what has to connect to what before anything is chosen, which is most of what the planning stage is. Project leadership is why a launch that touches a registrar, a host, a payment processor and an inbox arrives as one coordinated thing rather than four accounts and a list of passwords. And having supported systems in environments where downtime is a real problem is why the support arrangement is written down before it is needed.
He founded Vahzor to bring that discipline to organizations that need practical technology without unnecessary complexity.
How Vahzor approaches projects.
Think before building
The right solution begins with understanding the actual problem rather than immediately choosing a tool.
Make complexity manageable
Technical sophistication should not make a product confusing to the people who use it.
Build for real use
A solution should function reliably within the user's actual environment, limitations, and workflow.
Document what matters
Clear documentation makes technology easier to operate, maintain, and improve.
Technical background.
- Focus
- Systems integration, workflow automation, and technical documentation
- Environments
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, server and network infrastructure, virtualization, communications systems
- Web stack
- Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel
The background is systems integration and technology work spanning software-enabled workflows, networked systems, infrastructure, automation, cybersecurity processes, and technical training environments.
In practice that covers Microsoft 365 workflow automation, SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate, Excel-based data solutions, communications systems, server and network infrastructure, virtualization, systems integration, and technical project leadership.
It is the reason a Vahzor project does not stop at the front end. When a website turns into a database, an integration, a permissions model, or a reporting problem, it stays with the same person instead of becoming somebody else’s scope.
Let’s turn the requirement into a solution.
Whether the need is a new website, an internal dashboard, a workflow automation, or a custom digital tool, the first step is defining what success should look like.
