Acceptance

By using vahzor.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They cover this website only, not the client portal at clients.vahzor.com, which has its own terms.

What this site is

This site describes what Vahzor does and shows work it has built. Everything here is informational. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter a contract, a quote, a guarantee of availability, or professional advice for your particular situation.

If Vahzor takes on a project, the scope, price, schedule, ownership, and every other commitment are set out in a separate signed agreement. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement governs.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, link to, and share this site. Please do not:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or to send anyone unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of it, or any connected system, that is not made available to the public.
• Interfere with its normal operation, including by overloading it or probing it for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Scrape or copy it in bulk to reproduce it, or to represent its content as your own or as someone else’s.
• Submit anything through the contact form that you do not have the right to send.

If you believe you have found a security issue with this site, reporting it to info@vahzor.com is welcome and will be taken seriously.

Content and ownership

The design, written content, code, illustrations, diagrams, and the Vahzor name, wordmark, and emblem are owned by Vahzor and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission, other than ordinary quotation with attribution and a link.

Work shown in the case studies was produced for clients, and belongs to those clients. It appears here as a portfolio only. Where a project is shown as screenshots of a live site, it is published with the client’s permission; where a project is shown as a reconstruction, it has been rebuilt for this site specifically so that no client material is exposed. Case studies describe what was built and what was observed, and say plainly where something was not measured. They are descriptions of past work, not a prediction of results on yours.

What you send

When you submit the contact form, you are giving Vahzor permission to read your message and reply to it. Please do not send confidential information, trade secrets, or sensitive personal information through it; a first message is not a confidential channel and no confidentiality obligation arises from sending one. What happens to the information you submit is described in the Privacy Policy.

If you send an idea or suggestion unprompted, Vahzor is free to use it without obligation or compensation. This is a standard protection against later claims over ideas already in progress; it is not an interest in your project.

Links to other sites

This site links to work built for clients and to the client portal. Those destinations are operated by other parties or under separate terms. Vahzor does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Availability and accuracy

This site is provided as it is. Vahzor works to keep it accurate and available but does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment, and does not warrant it beyond what the law requires. Information here may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vahzor and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may change. When they do, the effective date at the top of the page changes with them, and continuing to use the site means the revised terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
