The build is quoted per project, because projects differ. What happens to a website afterwards does not: hosting, monitoring, maintenance and the small monthly changes are published plans, from $19 a month, and you can read every one of them without talking to anybody. Care for an application is quoted with it, because what keeps one running varies too much for one price.
