Overview

Fusion Rehab & Wellness runs seven physical therapy clinics across Virginia. Vahzor redesigned and rebuilt its website around the three things a patient comes to find: the clinic near them, the people who work there, and a way to request an appointment.

The problem

Choosing physical therapy usually means choosing a clinic close to home and the people in it. A visitor from any of seven towns needed to find their clinic, see its team and reach an appointment request without learning how the site was organized.

The site also had to carry what Fusion already published — its services, the conditions it treats, its staff and its articles — into a structure that holds up as well on a phone as on a desktop.

The solution

Every clinic has its own page: address, phone number, hours, directions and the team, with Request an Appointment beside them. A locations page sets all seven side by side, each card led by headshots of that clinic's staff.

Fusion's own people lead the photography. Staff headshots run through the clinic pages, the locations grid and a team directory that filters by clinic, and each person has a profile with their role and credentials.

One Care & Services menu answers both halves of a patient's question, what Fusion offers and what it treats, with a page for each. Request an Appointment is in the header on every page, and the request form starts with the clinic.

The design is Fusion's: teal, cream and coral from its brand and its display face for headings. At phone width the menu becomes grouped sections led by the appointment request, and actions stack at full width.

  • Next.js App Router with typed content collections for clinics, staff, services and conditions, validated with Zod.
  • Addresses from the previous site answer with permanent redirects to their new pages.
